Nadina App replaces WhatsApp groups and paper fee books. Parents pay monthly dues and RSVP in a tap, coaches take attendance courtside, and admins finally see who has paid — all in one app, branded as your club.
Nadina App is multi-academy from the ground up. A family downloads one app, types the code their club gave them, and from that moment the app wears that club's name, logo, colour and font. A parent with children at two clubs switches between them from the top of the home screen — and nothing crosses over.
Pick a name, a colour and a font at signup. Everything rebrands the moment you save.

Schedules get lost in a scroll. Nobody knows who is coming to Saturday's game. Fees are chased by hand, in cash, one parent at a time. Nadina App turns all of that into one thing each person actually needs.
Monthly fees per player, paid by card or Whish in two taps. Autopay for the families who want it. Receipts kept forever.
Every training and game, per squad. Parents tap Coming or Can't attend — with a reason the coach reads on the roster.
Attendance streaks, season stats and badges on every player profile — so the kid who never misses training gets noticed.
Name, logo, accent colour and font. The app rebrands as your club the moment you save.
One team per age band, split into squads. Assign jersey numbers, positions and a coach.
Print a QR poster, email a link, or read a code out at the desk. Invite-only — nobody else gets in.
Connect your payment provider and set your monthly fee and due day. Dues appear in every family's app.
Onboarding, dues, checkout, receipts, schedules, attendance, the team wall, player profiles, badges, donations, sponsorship, invitations, reports and branding — the whole product, running against a live API.
Nadina App does not hold funds. Each academy connects its own merchant account, and every payment a family makes goes to that academy through a licensed provider. We record the ledger; the provider moves the money.
Monthly membership dues for an enrolled player, set by the academy (typically $120/month), plus optional donations and player sponsorships. No hidden fees, no charge to download the app.
Charged in USD. Visa and Mastercard through a licensed card gateway, wallet payments via Whish, and cash handed to the office and recorded by an admin — which then shows as paid in the family's app.
Checkout is hosted by the provider. The app never sees or stores a card number. Each academy's gateway credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, per tenant.
Nothing is marked paid on the client's word. A due settles on a verified provider webhook, or on an explicit admin confirmation for cash. Webhook handling is idempotent.
Dues are refundable by the academy within 14 days of a charge, at the academy's discretion, through the same provider. Families cancel by asking the academy to end the membership — the next due simply isn't raised.
Every record carries its academy. Isolation is enforced three times over — in the token, in a tenant-scoped database client, and again by row-level security in Postgres. One academy cannot read another's players, notes or ledger.
Medical notes and emergency contacts are visible to that child's coaches, the academy's admins and the child's own guardian — nobody else. Sponsors see initials and no photograph. Player records are archived, never deleted, so payment history stays intact.
The academy is the merchant of record for family dues. Nadina App is the software supplier and bills the academy its subscription separately. Both are named on every receipt.
Unlimited coaches and parents on every plan. Cancel any month.
Up to 150 players. One academy.
Up to 600 players. Squads, stats and reports.
Several academies under one roof.
Prices in USD, excluding any transaction fee your payment provider charges the academy. The 30-day trial needs no card.
They pay your academy. You connect your own merchant account, and the money goes from the family to you through that provider. Nadina App records the ledger and sends the reminders — we never hold your funds.
Nothing breaks. They hand the cash to the office, an admin records it against that player's due, and it shows as paid in the family's app with a receipt — same as a card payment.
Yes. One login, an academy switcher at the top of the home screen, and dues and schedules scoped to whichever club they are looking at. Nothing leaks between academies.
No — deliberately. Coaches get sessions, attendance, players, teams and announcements, and no finance endpoint will answer them. Equally, an admin can see who has paid but can never spend a family’s money.
Only with an invitation your academy issued — a QR poster, an emailed link, or a code read out at the desk. All three are the same invitation with different limits, and you can cap uses, set an expiry, or cancel one at any moment.
Every record carries its academy, and isolation is enforced three times: in the sign-in token, in a tenant-scoped database client that rewrites every query, and again by row-level security inside Postgres.
Like your club. You set the name, logo, accent colour and font at signup, and the whole app rebrands instantly — for everyone, on their next screen.
Nothing beyond the dues you set. The apps are free to download and there is no per-parent fee.
Families install Nadina App. Admins and coaches install Nadina App Staff, or sign in to the management website from any laptop. Both are free to download; you need an invitation from your academy to get in.
Scan the QR on the poster at your gym, or type the code your academy gave you. It tells us which club you're joining, so you never land in the wrong one.
Tell us your academy's name, how many players you have and which payment provider you use. We'll set the tenant up and walk you through it.
