Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Nadina App (“Nadina App”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Pixels, registered in Lebanon under [COMMERCIAL REGISTER NO.], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. You can reach us at Hussein.shaalan77@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +961 3 707 751.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Nadina App mobile apps, the management website at the staff site, and this website. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an academy, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the service is

Nadina App is club-management software for youth sports academies. It holds player records, teams and squads, training and match schedules, attendance, a team feed, player statistics, and a ledger of dues and donations. It provides two mobile apps — one for families, one for staff — and a management website for staff.

We supply software. We do not coach, supervise, transport or take responsibility for any child, and we are not a party to the arrangement between an academy and a family.

3. Accounts

• Academies register an organisation account. The person who registers becomes the first academy admin.
• Staff accounts are created by an academy admin, who decides what each one may do.
• Families join only with an invitation issued by their academy — a QR poster, an emailed link, or a code given at the desk. There is no way to join an academy that has not invited you.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts are personal; do not share one between people.

4. What an academy is responsible for

An academy using Nadina App to hold information about its players and families is the controller of that information; we process it on the academy's instructions (see the Privacy Policy). The academy is responsible for:

• having a lawful basis and, where required, guardian consent to enter a child's details — including medical notes and emergency contacts;
• keeping those details accurate and removing what it no longer needs;
• who it gives staff accounts to, and what capabilities it grants them;
• the fees it charges its families, and any refunds it gives them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Nadina App to break the law, harass anyone, upload content you have no right to upload, or post material that is abusive, hateful or sexual. Do not attempt to access another academy's data, probe or interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, resell it, or run automated bulk requests against it. Photographs of children may be uploaded only where the academy has the guardians' permission.

Security research is welcome — report anything you find to Hussein.shaalan77@gmail.com rather than exploiting it, and give us reasonable time to fix it.

6. Subscription fees

An academy pays a subscription per academy — not per parent, per player or per coach. The current plans and prices are on the pricing section of our site. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply where you are.

• Monthly plans renew every month until cancelled.
• Annual plans are paid up front and renew yearly.
• You can cancel at any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

We may change prices, and will give at least 30 days' notice before a change affects an existing subscription. If you do not accept the change, cancel before it takes effect.

7. Dues that families pay

When a family pays dues, they are paying their academy. The academy is the merchant of record: it sets the fee, it owns the membership, and it decides any refund. The money is settled to the academy by its own payment provider under the academy's own agreement with that provider. Nadina App does not hold, route or take a percentage of it.

In the app, a payment is only marked paid when the payment provider confirms it, or when an academy admin records cash or a bank transfer received at the office. Nothing is marked paid on a user's say-so.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Nadina App available, but we do not promise it will never be down. We may suspend it briefly for maintenance, and we will avoid match days where we can. Support is by email and WhatsApp during Lebanese business hours; we aim to reply within one working day.

We add, change and occasionally remove features. We will not remove something an academy materially depends on without reasonable notice.

9. Your data and our software

An academy's data stays the academy's. We claim no ownership over player records, posts, photographs or ledgers, and we do not sell them, rent them, or use them to train anyone's models. We use them to run the service for you, and to keep it secure and working.

The software, its design, its name and its documentation remain ours. Your subscription is a right to use it, not a transfer of it.

An academy may ask us for an export of its data at any time while its account is active, and for 30 days after it ends.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nadina App at any time. We may suspend or end an account that does not pay, that breaks section 5, or that puts other people's data or our service at risk — with notice where it is safe to give it, and immediately where it is not.

When an academy's account ends, its data is retained for 30 days so it can be exported, and is then deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except for records we must keep by law (invoices and tax records, typically for ten years under Lebanese law).

11. Disclaimers

Nadina App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it fits a purpose you have not told us about. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, or lost goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees paid by that academy in that period.

We are not liable for the conduct of an academy, a coach, a parent or a payment provider, nor for a fee dispute between a family and its academy.

13. Indemnity

An academy will cover us against claims arising from data it entered without the right to enter it, or from its own breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For a material change we will give notice in the app or by email at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use Nadina App after a change takes effect means you accept it. The date at the top of this page is always the version in force.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have exclusive jurisdiction — except that either party may seek an injunction wherever it needs one.
